SCROLL DOWN FOR MORE TESTIMONIALS I only have three words to describe my 30th birthday party- BEST NIGHT EVER! And it was all thanks to MONTE AND THE ALL STARS. I have had the privilege to get to know the band over the years both as top notch musicians and the best of friends. I could have asked anyone to play my party but there was no doubt in my mind that these guys would have everyone moving and shaking! Not only did they let me hand pick each and every song and even have the honor to share the stage with them for one of my favorites, they learned a very special song for my dad as a thank you for this tremendous party- and not just any song, they learned Barry Manilow and it was flawless! I will never forget the look on my dads face when we were dancing with each other and singing along to every note! But that was only the beginning- before you knew it- all the tables had emptied out- young and old, music lovers or not. As I recall, my mom even snagged my feather boa and danced with Monte! Whether they liked the songs I picked or not, they were up dancing and waving their hands in the air. Even my little nephews couldn’t control themselves- so much so that they took over the band and gave us a rendition of KISS that people are still talking about! To this day, anytime I mention my party- everyone says “wow those guys rocked!” And they do rock- each and every time you go see them. They are all individually so talented that when you put them all together you hear songs that you won’t hear anywhere else and you are guaranteed for a night to remember! So thank you MONTE AND THE ALL STARS for the greatest birthday and for so many amazing memories over the years…..here’s to making many more! Lori Simeone Just a note of sincere thanks for all that you did as an individual to make Karen & Corey's Wedding most memorable!..It meant the world to Rich & I to have you playing at the church, the cocktail hour and than to be part of the Famous "All Stars" and I know Karen & Corey feel the same way!.... We heard from most everyone that we encountered that it was the best wedding that they had been to and the Band and DJ " rocked," "they were awesome" & "the best band they have every heard"...So kudos to all of you!..We thank you from the bottom of our hearts!.. Thank you sooooo much!!! Cathy Candeletti 10-02-08 RE: Monte and the All Stars Monte – wanted to tell you what a great time all had both nights you played at BBYC. I think what people really enjoyed was the two different shows on the different nights and how involved you got everyone. You and Bobby dancing with people, letting them sing, play guitar and Richie playing to Margie (hope I do that well at her age) were fantastic moments people are still talking about. We were asked to host another 70’s night for July 3, 2009, and the first thing we were asked if we were going to have the salads again (sorry) and the next question was “you’re going to have Monte back again, right”? Thanks again from everyone who attended the events John October 7, 2008 To Whom it May Concern: I wanted to provide some feedback regarding our experience with Monte and the All Stars. My wife and I were married in March 2008 and when deciding what type of musical experience we wanted at our reception, we knew we wanted something other than the traditional “cookie-cutter” wedding band or DJ. We had remembered seeing a band at our friend’s wedding a few years earlier and had remembered how much they had the crowd on their feet and into the music, and we decided to reach out to Monte. From the outset, Monte was very easy to work with, and really displayed a solid understanding of the entire wedding process and how to best intertwine music with each part of the ceremony. We received a song list from the band and the entire process went very smoothly. Their musical range gave us a lot of options from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and post-2000.The band even learned our wedding song and mother/son dance and performed each impressively. My wife and I had a lot to worry about in preparation for the wedding, but we quickly found out that we were in good hands and best by letting Monte and the All Stars handle all the music – from a cocktail hour with Bobby playing piano, to Monte doing the MCing, to handling all the transitions between live music, DJ, and playing specific requests. The transitions were flawless, and it was a huge relief to be able to rely on the professionalism of the band and let them run the show. It was obvious that these guys were pros at being the main attraction at many previous weddings. We could not have been happier with the band and the performance. My wife and I had so many of our guests give us compliments on the music. Every time we watch the wedding video, it’s so enjoyable to re-live the moments, many of which came from the live music of Monte and the All Stars. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Monte and the All Stars for any event or wedding, and would be happy to provide a verbal reference or walk anyone through our experience working with the band.
